engineering checks and design of the curtain wall
Project 161, designed by Jaspers-Eyers architects and commissioned by Immobel, is an office complex at Louvan-la-Neuve. The building fashioned with a dynamic curtain wall equipped with aluminium casings.
Commissioned by Fassada Systems, vitroplena performed the engineering and design calculations for the entire curtain wall system, starting with the insulated glass units towards the anchors. Also the aluminium casings were checked.
As this type of curtain wall system allows the glass to be installed from the inside, a highly efficient installation was realised.
